• Answer homeowner calls and messages with courtesy
• Give honest, written quotes before starting work
• Describe your availability truthfully and do not overpromise
• Respect older homes, including fragile roofs, past repairs and hidden lines
• Never pressure a homeowner into a job

As an independent business, you set your own prices and manage your own crews and equipment. You are responsible for your work, your insurance and your own claims paperwork.

How Referrals Work for You

We pass along requests that match your service area and the work you offer. Providers may pay a referral fee. We do not promise a set number of calls, since demand shifts with weather and season.
